Overview

Expandi’s native Pipedrive integration ensures your CRM stays focused on what matters: engaged prospects. Leads can be synced automatically based on actions in Expandi—such as replies, connection requests, or sentiment—or sent manually with a single click.

Once a contact is in Pipedrive, every interaction is synced to their timeline, from connection requests to messages exchanged. This gives your sales team complete visibility into the relationship history, so follow-ups are always timely and relevant.

How to integrate Pipedrive to Expandi?

Admin access to Pipedrive is required in order to be able to link Expandi to Pipedrive

  1. Login to your Expandi account, navigate to your Workspace
  2. Then go to Integration
  3. Look for the Pipedrive integration section there:
  1. Click on Connect then choose the Company or Companies you want to link your Pipedrive integration to
  2. A Pipedrive authentication modal should open up, make sure to login and give Expandi the required access
  1. Click on Allow and Install then choose the Company or Companies you want to link your Pipedrive integration to
  2. Configure when contacts should first be sent from Expandi to your connected CRM based on the leads activity
  3. Review and confirm how your contact information from Expandi will be synced to Pipedrive using our field mapping feature.
  • You’re all set! all your leads information will now be automatically added to your Pipedrive CRM

You can also choose to manually sync a Pipedrive contact by going to Inbox and using the Send to Pipedrive button for individual contacts or by selecting a bunch of them and clicking more
