With Workspaces, you can create roles on three levels: Workspace, Company, and LinkedIn.
You can use our default roles or customize them to fit your team’s unique needs.
- Workspace Level: Full control of all linked LinkedIn accounts.
- Company Level: Specific access for company-related LinkedIn activities.
- LinkedIn Level: Limited access for managing individual campaigns.
With Expandi Workspaces, you can invite as many teammates and clients to your workspace as you want.
You can:
- Share LinkedIn account access.

To invite someone to your Expandi Workspace:
- Click Add New.
- Invite member.
- Select the type of invitation and access settings, and invite and continue.
As of now, you can send the following types of invitations:
- Invite to join the entire Workspace for complete visibility of all accounts under the space.
- Invote to input LinkedIn account credentials, for them to add their LinkedIn account with no or limited access.
- Invite to manage LinkedIn account or company page.
- Invite to manage LinkedIn account(s) that are already added under the space.
