How BelVG runs 5 LinkedIn profiles from Claude Code, with no restrictions in 10 months
Lead GenerationExplore how BelVG brought its LinkedIn outreach onto Expandi, runs five sender profiles from Claude Code through the Expandi MCP, and sends up to 3,000 connection requests a month without a single restricted account.
BelVG has built and supported online stores since 2008. Its worldwide team works across Magento / Adobe Commerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and the other big e-commerce platforms. On LinkedIn, its ideal customer is the shop owner, especially one who says so on their profile.
Taras Pashniak built and runs all of BelVG’s LinkedIn outreach: five sender profiles, belonging to three SDRs and two technical people, at up to 3,000 connection requests a month.
I didn’t want to spend my days clicking through campaigns. So I built a system: Clay and Apollo for data, n8n for the plumbing, Claude Code as the control panel, and Expandi as the engine.
| Company | BelVG, founded 2008, headquartered in Krakow |
| Industry | E-commerce development: Magento / Adobe Commerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and more |
| Ideal customer | Online store owners |
| On Expandi | 5 LinkedIn profiles (3 SDRs, 2 technical people), run by one person |
| Volume | Up to 3,000 connection requests a month |
| Why Expandi | An internal review of outreach tools put Expandi first |
The good thing about LinkedIn, Taras says, is that your connections keep growing, and so does the backlog of people to keep talking to. That is how BelVG keeps current clients and finds new ones. It is not an easy channel, though: he calls e-commerce “far from the best industry for LinkedIn”.
Before Expandi, BelVG used LGM (La Growth Machine), HeyReach, Lemlist and Linked Helper at different times, and for a while it ran LGM and Lemlist side by side. With outreach split across two tools, there was no single base of information on its clients, and running the same volume cost more and took more work.
“We had our outreach in two different tools. That was the number one blocker, because we didn’t have a unified base of information on our clients. It was also more expensive and more difficult to run outreach at the same volume. What it cost us was potential opportunities.”
Why Expandi
BelVG ran a big internal review of outreach tools, and Expandi came out first. Taras had three criteria:
- Security: “a tool that is 100% secure”.
- Features: lots of them. BelVG uses pretty much all of Expandi’s.
- Cloud: outreach had to keep running whether or not his own computer was on. “It’s autonomous. If I’m on vacation, the system doesn’t rely on my computer being turned on.”
Expandi looked to him like it had a steeper learning curve, but that never became a blocker: support replies fast, and questions get solved quickly.
Running five profiles from Claude Code
BelVG builds its lists outside Expandi, with Clay, Apollo and other tools, and divides them into groups. Each group needs its own campaigns and sub-campaigns, and setting all of that up by hand inside Expandi used to take a lot of time.
That changed with the Expandi MCP. Taras now works from Claude Code with his own skills and commands. He builds campaigns there, checks on them there every day, and opens Expandi only to press launch. New replies reach him in a Telegram bot through n8n workflows that he built on Expandi’s webhooks and API.
“Before, I spent hours operating Expandi. Now it’s all from my Claude Code. I have skills and commands I built myself, and I run them daily to monitor the situation, and that’s awesome. I can launch a campaign directly from Claude Code and only touch Expandi to press the launch button. That’s all.”
| Before | Now |
|---|---|
| Outreach split across LGM and Lemlist | All five LinkedIn profiles on Expandi |
| Hours setting up campaigns by hand | Campaigns built from Claude Code; Expandi only to press launch |
| Time spent on manual stats, launches and replies | More time for analysis and for testing new offers and angles |
| Worry about LinkedIn restrictions | No restricted account in 10 months |
Over the 90 days to 7 October 2026, BelVG’s five profiles sent 7,696 connection requests, and about 20% were accepted (1,506). In the same period they logged 442 replies: a reply-to-acceptance ratio of 29%, against 22% for the median Expandi LinkedIn account. No BelVG account has been restricted since it joined Expandi ten months ago.
| 5 | LinkedIn profiles |
| 7,696 | connection requests in 90 days |
| 1,506 | accepted, about 20% |
| 442 | replies in the same 90 days |
| 29% | reply-to-acceptance ratio (median Expandi account: 22%) |
| 0 | restricted accounts in 10 months |
Taras confirmed the numbers on the call, and sees them as honest numbers for a hard industry:
“Those numbers are true. I’ve seen ambassadors of other tools talk about 40, 50, 60% connection rates, but that’s often not true for cold outreach. Our numbers are pretty solid. We can work with that.”
The biggest thing he no longer worries about is getting banned from LinkedIn.
Speaking from my experience, I’m 100% sure nothing will happen to my profiles, even with our campaigns running at full volume.
The hours he used to spend operating the tool now go into the work that moves results.
“Compared to a year ago, I have more time for analysis and for brainstorming and trying out new offers and angles for our audience. A year ago, I’d say all my time went into manual analysis, manual stats collection, launching campaigns and replying to leads. Now it’s AI plus human, not all manual work, so I have more time for improving the system I built.”
With this volume, BelVG can run lots of A/B tests. It tests angles, offers and approaches, and scales whatever works, for example by adding profiles. LinkedIn is one of several channels at BelVG, and Expandi plays the major role in its LinkedIn outreach.
We can’t replace it at the moment. I can’t imagine another tool taking Expandi’s place. … The best thing is that Expandi lets you scale. It has all the features and all the tools.
His advice to anyone choosing a LinkedIn tool:
“I’d say you have to try Expandi. It’s the number one tool I’d try first, because support replies really fast and every question that comes up gets solved quickly.”
