It has been a game-changer for my agency. With Expandi, I was able to simplify the setup and management process with new roles and permissions, which has been a huge relief for me. One of the best features of Expandi is its ability to work with a team and monitor campaign performance. This feature has made it easy for me to manage my team and track progress, saving me a lot of time. The integration with our CRM has been particularly helpful too. The history feature of Expandi has also been beneficial in helping me keep track of the progress of our campaigns. Overall, Expandi offers a variety of useful features at a good price, making it the best platform I’ve tried so far.

As a SDR team lead, I was on the hunt for a tool to assist with our outbound efforts. After testing multiple solutions, Expandi quickly stood out as the best option. Not only did it prove to be more effective than the other tools we tested, but it also provided additional value for our Product marketing team. We were able to A/B test messaging and positioning to update our buyer persona. As a B2B company, advertising can be costly, but Expandi proved to be a cost-effective solution that not only helped with sales but also with our product management and marketing goals.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the software’s ability to personalize and automate sequences for outreach prospecting. The possibility of sending automated outreach event invitations to targeted audiences has streamlined our attendance and engagement rates which is obviously great. Expandi is a nice tool for its price for outreach efforts because of the many features they offer, relatively easy setup process, and communication. We significantly increased our reply rates more efficiently as we didn’t have to spend lots of time on routine and monotone work. I am satisfied with the product and can recommend Expandi as a great outreach tool.

As a Head of Sales I’m focusing on team management, ROI and overall efficiency. The platform offers open access to various features and accounts, facilitating seamless collaboration and transparency within our team. We can easily assign tasks, track progress, and share insights, leading to better coordination and improved efficiency across the board.
Besides that Expandi changed the way we identify and engage with our target audience. The platform offers a wealth of features that have empowered us to scrape high-value audiences with precision and ease. By leveraging Expandi we can identify prospects based on specific criteria. This enhanced targeting has enabled us to tailor our messaging, ensuring that our outreach efforts are personalized and resonate with our audience. As a result, we have witnessed a significant increase in engagement and conversions, with much better reply rates.

I’ve been using Expandi for about 3 years now, and the thing that stands out the most is the adaptability of the platform. outreach and social selling generally is a moving target, what worked yesterday, wont necessarily be the best strategy tomorrow.
Keeping up with this and what is best practice can be a big task in itself, but with Expandi you don’t need to worry about that, as they don’t just have brilliant people in place to educate you on the best processes, they are also constantly evolving their platform to support new and enhanced use-cases.
This means you can focus your time on utilsing the provided tools, rather than trying to figure out what are the best strategies. Having used many other outreach engagement tools before Expandi, this was a game changer for me, and have never looked back.
Aimfox reviews: what real users are saying
Aimfox holds a 4.8/5 on G2 across 45 reviews, 4.7/5 on Capterra across 21, and 4.4/5 on Trustpilot across 39. Support and setup speed carry the high scores. The low scores cluster around three things: rented avatars, the inbox, and search filters.
What are the pros of Aimfox?
Here is where Aimfox performs well for users, based on G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot:
- Responsive support: Thirteen G2 reviewers name support as the highlight, several thanking the same rep by first name.
- Quick setup: First campaigns go live in minutes, with Sales Navigator search built into the campaign builder and a 14-day trial with no card.
- Wide integration list: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close, Slack, Clay, and n8n connect natively, plus an API and webhooks for anything custom.
- Rich message formats: Voice notes in message requests, plus file attachments and video files in messages and InMails, from campaigns and from the unified inbox.
What are the cons of Aimfox?
Here is where Aimfox falls short, based on the same review sites:
Aimfox pricing
Aimfox prices by outreach seat, with rented profiles and the agency plan sold separately. All three tiers below were read from the live pricing page with both billing toggles in September 2026:
- Outreach seat: $49/month per seat, or $490 per seat per year (about $41/month). One seat runs one LinkedIn account at a time. 14-day free trial, no credit card.
- Outreach Avatar: $387/month for three rented profiles (about $129 each), seats included. Monthly only, no trial, and rental payments are non-refundable once processed. Avatars are capped at 100 connection requests a week, against 200 on an account you own.
- Agency: from $499/month for 20 seats ($4,490/year), plus $20 per extra seat per month. Adds full white-label, Slack onboarding, migration help, and permission settings.
Expandi is $99/month per seat, or $79 on annual billing, with a 7-day trial and every feature on every seat.
Per seat, Aimfox is half the price. The difference buys behavior-based branching, email inside the sequence, and three campaign types Aimfox lacks.
What makes Expandi better than Aimfox for Automated LinkedIn Outreach?
Aimfox automates the LinkedIn loop well: connect, follow up, stop on reply. Expandi automates what happens before and after that loop, which is where reply rates are won.
Here is how Expandi stands out.
1. Sequences that branch on what prospects do
Expandi’s Builder campaign offers 20 actions and 11 conditions, and the conditions are the point.
“If visited your profile,” “If post liked,” and “If email opened” each split the flow into a positive and a negative path, so a prospect who looked at your profile gets a different second message than one who ignored it. Aimfox forks on accepted or declined, and every prospect who accepts walks the same follow-up ladder.
2. Email inside the same LinkedIn sequence
An Expandi smart sequence can send a connection request, wait, message, and then email through your connected mailbox, all as steps in one flow, and a reply on either channel pauses the lead.
Aimfox is LinkedIn only. Email goes through a synced third-party tool, so the two sequences run on separate clocks with separate stop rules.
3. Signal campaigns Aimfox doesn’t run
Inbound campaigns auto-import the people who viewed your profile and start a sequence with them.
The mobile connector adds 50 to 100 connection requests a week on top of the standard limit. Company follow invite campaigns turn a company page’s followers into a warm audience. Aimfox has none of the three.
Post engagement is covered by both, and Expandi goes deeper:
Signals watch up to three posts continuously and add engagers to a campaign as they engage, the setup behind LinkedIn post engagement outreach that replies at 10 to 20%+ against 5 to 10% for cold sends.
4. Scale on accounts you own
Aimfox’s answer to LinkedIn’s weekly limits is Outreach Avatars, profiles Aimfox created that are, in its own help center’s words, “not associated to real people.”
LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits creating “a false identity on LinkedIn” and creating “a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person).” If an avatar is restricted, Aimfox swaps it within one to two business days, and the connections on it are gone.
Expandi keeps your own account safe and lets it compound.
Dedicated IP, auto warm-up, and smart daily limits are the technical side of ethical LinkedIn outreach.
Outreach from your own profile also builds the network and engagement that feed your LinkedIn Social Selling Index. An avatar’s activity stays on the avatar.
5. Benchmarks to grade your campaigns against
Across 13.2 million connection requests, our LinkedIn outreach benchmarks put average acceptance at 28.5% and message reply at 10.4%.
The industry benchmarks page cuts the same data by sector, from 21.8% acceptance in Telecommunications to 36.5% in Staffing and Recruiting.
The State of LinkedIn Outreach H2 2026 report adds the levers: notes referencing an existing tie accept at 1.8 to 2.7x baseline, and three-message campaigns reply at 9.8% against 5.0% for five or more.
Aimfox reporting compares your campaigns against your other campaigns, with no baseline.
