Replies to the note on the request itself. Down 37% over the year while blank requests kept their acceptance.
13,302 accounts, 91 industries, one year
The report groups every request by the sending account’s industry. The scorecard grades against the 38 industries with at least 50 sending accounts, so an average is never a handful of accounts in costume.

From Accounting to Venture Capital, each with its own acceptance and reply averages.

Your acceptance rate counts 40%, your message reply rate 40% and your note reply rate 20%, each as a ratio to your industry’s average. A ratio of 1.0 is a B, 1.2 and above is an A, below 0.7 is a C or lower. Leave a number blank and its weight moves to the ones you gave.
The 38 industries with at least 50 sending accounts in the report. Below that, an average is decided by a handful of accounts and says more about them than about the industry.
