How to find prospects in your LinkedIn network
Most of your network came from jobs, events and old deals, not from a list you built on purpose. Some good-fit people are already connected to you. They just haven’t heard from you in a while.
Describe them by role
LinkedIn’s export only holds job titles and company names, so describe your buyer by title, seniority and team.
Start with the quiet ones
People you connected with years ago already know your name. A short, honest note to reconnect is an easier start than a cold request.
Work in small batches
Pick the best fits, write to them properly, and see who replies before you move down the list.
Ideal customer examples
Four one-sentence descriptions you can paste into the miner and edit. They stick to roles, because titles and company names are what LinkedIn’s export contains.

Is the LinkedIn network miner free?
Yes. Leave your work address and the report is yours.
How do I download my LinkedIn connections?
In LinkedIn, open Settings, then Data privacy, then Get a copy of your data, and pick Connections. LinkedIn lets you know when the file is ready to download.
Does my connections file get uploaded?
No. It’s read in your browser and never leaves your computer. Only the counts in your report and your one sentence reach us.
Why does it only use job titles and company names?
That’s what LinkedIn’s export contains. Industry, company size and location aren’t in it.
What do I do with the matches?
Download the list and import it into an Expandi campaign, or message the best fits yourself.
Find the right people and start the right conversations
