Diagnose Why a Campaign Went Quiet
Diagnose why an Expandi campaign is quiet: seat disconnected, restricted, out of headroom, out of leads, or leads stuck in failures, attributed cause with evidence. Diagnosis is read-only; fixes run only with explicit approval. Use when a campaign looks stalled, stuck, or slower than expected.

What it does
- Checks the campaign’s own status first, an unactivated draft has a different answer than a stalled active one.
- Pulls the account’s diagnostic read: disconnected, restricted, out of daily headroom, out of leads, or leads stuck in failures.
- Cross-checks flags that read as false positives before naming them the cause, a known noisy counter never drives a verdict alone.
- States one attributed cause with the actual evidence behind it, before proposing anything.
- Offers a fix menu gated on one explicit approval per action, never a blanket “just fix it”.
- Says plainly that a queued fix takes real time to show, an immediate recheck proves nothing failed again yet.
Install
Pick your platform.
claude.ai
Settings → Capabilities → enable code execution → Skills → upload the zip. Team/Enterprise workspaces may need an org-level toggle enabled first; custom MCP connectors (for live Expandi access) need a paid plan.
Claude Code
Unzip into ~/.claude/skills/, Claude Code picks it up on its next run.
ChatGPT desktop
Install the zip in the ChatGPT desktop app (also Codex CLI and the IDE extension): Settings → Skills → Create → Upload the zip. ChatGPT on the web and on mobile runs plugin-bundled skills only. This library ships standalone zips, so there is no web or mobile install at launch; use the example prompts on this page there instead.
Codex
Unzip into ~/.agents/skills/, then invoke with $skill.
GitHub Copilot
Add the skill folder to .github/skills/ in the repo. Copilot also reads .claude/skills/ and .agents/skills/, so an existing install already works.
M365 Copilot
M365 Agent Builder (Frontier preview), when building or editing an agent, upload the zip as a skill.
Cursor
Unzip into .agents/skills/ in the repo, or ~/.cursor/skills/ for every project.
